Our dialup service is the quickest and easiest way to get online - all you need is a modem and a phone line. You do not need to register and there is no subscription - you just pay the cost of the call on your normal telephone bill.

Calls are charged at the local rate (contact your telecoms provider for exact pricing).
You can use any username and password to connect. Everything else is taken care of automatically.

Why use Purple Cloud dialup?
There are loads of reasons why our dialup service might be useful to you, but here are a few suggestions:
- If you or someone you know only uses the internet for a few hours per week then it may be the case that paying a monthly subscription for a broadband or unlimited connection would work out more expensive than just paying the cost of the call to our dialup service.
- Even if you have an internect connection (e.g. broadband), is it 100% reliable? Why not save the settings for our dialup service on your computer for the odd occasions when your normal internet access goes wrong? Then you will always be able to get online to check your email and check your normal ISP's website for information and troubleshooting advice.
- If you have a portable computer and are on the move, you may need to access the internet using something other than your normal connection. Our service can be used from any phone line at any time, so is ideal for these situations.
Remember, you don't need to register - just connect and surf! You never know when it might come in handy, so why not set up the connection now so that it is ready when you need it.
