Earning Purple Points
Referrals
If you recommend a friend, family member or colleague to Purple Cloud and they tell us this when ordering, you will be rewarded with 5 Purple Points.
Points are only awarded where the new account is for a new customer, not the same customers opening a second account.
Renewals
To reward your loyalty, you will receive Purple Points whenever you renew one of your services with us. The number of points depends on the service you are renewing:
Domain name registration: 2 points
Email package: 3 points
Web hosting package: 4 points
Purple Points will also be awarded from time to time for other purposes - e.g. as an incentive to complete a customer survey.
Spending Purple Points
Upgrades
You can use your Purple Points to add upgrades to an email or web hosting service:

Upgrades purchased using Purple Points do not expire.
Charity Donation
You can alternative choose to donate your Purple Points for charity. Each point is worth 25p. At present Purple Points donations will go to the NSPCC.
We hope to expand the range of offers available through the Purple Points scheme in the future.
To claim rewards using your Purple Points, log in to My Purple Cloud. Please note that Purple Points have no cash value.
